period of my experience, I acquired several technical as well as interpersonal

give me loads of work and multiple projects, all will be done within deadline
meeting with the necessary standard.
2. Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
Rather then answering this question with one liner answer. Think
and explain what progress you would see in your career in coming 5 years.
Sample Answer: Well,
I am at a point in my career where I want to be with the same organization
rather than switching between the different orgs. In 5 years, especially I want
to be a specialist in my area and a higher-performing achiever. I want
leadership to be happy with my accomplishments and see me as a respected member
of the organization. Obviously, I would
be more experienced and in a more elevated position if everything goes as
planned.
4. What are your strengths?
Provide the list of one or two of your best qualities with
examples from the recent experience.
Sample Answer: Yes, my strengths are primarily is that I am
a fast learner. If you give me a job which is out of my specialized area, I
will learn it very quickly and will not take much time to make it up &
running ( Give your example) and further, i am good at planning and organizing
my tasks ( Give personal example)
4. What’s your biggest weakness?
Here you don’t really have to give a weakness. You just need
unfold the answer in a way which turn out to be positive for the organisation.
Sample Answer: Well, I think my biggest weakness is that it
is really hard for me to say no to people for anything at work. So, what
happens is I end up taking on so many tasks which eventually impact my own
assignments and personal life.
5. Why should we hire you?
Here you simply need to explain your experience related to
the job being offered. Explain skills in a way that makes6. you unique from other
candidates.
Sample Answer: I believe you should hire me because I have many years of experience in the skills and qualities which are the absolute match for this job description.
