Excel has
become an inseparable part of every professional’s official operations. With
the vast scope of segments and tools, excel can transform data into an
expressive and analytical statement which allows us to present our unmanaged
and massive data in a more approachable and clarified manner.
Now, here
are a few steps you can follow in order to incorporate two or more cells’ data
into one
Take an
example of below table here
1. Here, if you desire to combine A, B & C columns with no open space between each word. For example, Marry+Jones+Peter= MarryJonesPeter, Please use below red highlighted Formula:
2. However, if you want a proper space
between each word which makes more sense in many cases. For instance. Take a
second example from the above image. If you want to merge Nany+Kaul+Nasa
into Nany Kaul Nasa, ( Noticed
spaces between each word?) please use the same formula with slight changes.
Did you
notice ? that the formula is exactly the same, but you just need to give a
single space between the double quotes symbol and you will get the expected
result.
So the Formula is =Cell1&” ”&Cell2&” ”&Cell3 and so on…
Thank you.
