1. Firstly let's take the example of placing your Google Chrome as a default browser. Go to your iPhone settings and look for Chrome from the application list, click on the same

2. After selecting chrome, click on Default Browser app and select Chrome. All done.

3. Please follow same steps to make outlook as your default mail client. :-)
