Well, we all comprehend that the first place to look for lost mail is Deleted Items folder, however sometimes those are gone permanently as we pressed Shift +Del by misstep, and we deem hopeless and helpless after losing such important mails. Here are some tricks which you can do to rescue such crucial emails. Did you know that there is a hidden folder named Recoverable items?

First, make sure that you should be online and connected with your server to initiate the recovery.

Select Deleted Items from the sidebar and then go to the home folder on the top bar where you will find Recover Deleted Items From Server option underneath.

Note: If you are not able to see this folder under the Home tab, please contact your support staff to get assistance because this might be hidden from the server.

In the next screen you will have an index of deleted emails, please select the one you want to recover and tick select Restore Selected Items, click OK. You are done. Please go to Deleted Items and move that recovered email to any other folder of your choice
